Tim Phelps is a graduate of UNC-Wilmington’s Cameron School of Business with a degree in Business Administration and concentration in Management Information Systems. When Tim isn't detailing, he spends his time working in the Banking and Financial Services industry for one of the largest banks in the US. His passion for business has paralleled with another one of his passions: his love for cars. His interest in cars began at an early age, and has continued to grow steadily, inevitably resulting in a desire to learn about auto detailing.

When Tim was just a freshman in high school, he got a job at a popular car wash chain, as he felt being around cars would be a job he would enjoy. He quickly learned the damage that car washes did to cars that frequently stopped in for routine service, and it piqued his interest in learning about proper vehicle care.

This led to hours of research about detailing, with a great deal of technical practice on family vehicles (much to his parents' delight). After his procedures were perfected, he began to take detailing requests from friends, who then referred him to other friends, and suddenly, it was no longer just a hobby! Since then, Tim has grown this hobby into a business and has had the opportunity to work with a variety of cars, ranging from daily-drivers to high performance and exotic vehicles.

With years of experience under his belt, and a keen eye for detail, Tim is proud to offer his services to the greater Charlotte, NC area, as well as the Triangle.
